Elinor Meltzer (née Lieberman), age 92, of Fair Lawn, NJ, Boynton Beach, FL, and Pompton Plains, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

Elinor was born in Brooklyn, NY, to parents Hyman and Ruth Lieberman. She is predeceased by her husband, Edward Meltzer. She is the beloved mother of Dr. Lisa Meltzer-Press (Bryan), Bob Meltzer (Shelley), and Marc Meltzer (Susan Ryan). She is a dear sister of Pincus Lieberman (Linda) and an adoring grandmother to six grandchildren: Rachel (Jon), Ariel, Evan (Kelsey), David (Sycamore), Katie, and Emily, as well as one great-grandchild, Eliza.

Her funeral service will take place at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Louis Suburban Chapel, 13-01 Broadway (RT 4 W), Fair Lawn, NJ.

Burial to follow at Cedar Park Cemetery, Paramus, NJ.
