Elliott Blafer, 68, of Montville, NJ, died peacefully at home on December 2, 2020 surrounded by his family. He served with pride as Superintendent of Weights and Measures of Morris County. A devoted husband of 47 years to Elaine (Wolf),  beloved father of Lisa Golomb (Josh), and Jodi, loving PopPop of Mira and Dina, cherished brother of Paul (Ellen) and predeceased by adoring sister, Laura Silverstein (Stephan). He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
