Lawrence Weiner, of Mahwah, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2025, at the age of 76. Devoted husband of Diane Weiner (nèe Miller). Beloved father Samantha Wallace and her husband Jeff, and Todd Weiner and his wife Melissa. Cherished grandfather of Andrew and Daniel Wallace, and Justin and Dylan Weiner. Dear brother of Howard Weiner and his wife Marilyn. Lawrence is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Larry was born in Brooklyn in 1948 and raised in East, NY. In 1974, he met his beautiful wife, Diane, at a card game and it was love at first sight. He and Diane settled in Mahwah, where they raised their family. Larry was known for his love of poker, football, baseball, his scratch offs, and just life in general. He adored his dogs. Above all else, Larry’s family was the most important thing in the world to him and he just loved the time he got to spend with them. He will be truly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

My sincere sympathy to Diane, Samantha and Todd. I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Larry in Paramus since August of 2019. He had the job of security but was more like a company greeter always saying hello to many many customers and telling them to have a nice day on their exit. I will always remember him in the spirit of Halloween
and dressing as a cute Winnie the Pooh for the young children to enjoy. He was a kind and
caring man who will be missed by many. May your memories live forever in your hearts.
