Marc Elliott Fanaroff, age 75, of River Vale, NJ, formerly of Newark and Springfield, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 6, 2023.  Born in Newark, NJ, he was the son of Ralph and Ida (nee Kernerman) Fanaroff.

Beloved husband of Sharon (nee Shore) Fanaroff.  Devoted father of Jason Fanaroff, and Joshua Fanaroff and his wife Rebecca.  Extremely proud grandfather of Jackson, Dashel, and Clark.  Dear brother of Paul Fanaroff and his wife Sheri.

Marc achieved his undergraduate degree at Rutgers College in Newark, NJ, and achieved his graduate degree at Columbia University in NY.  He started his career working as a psychologist, and later became a certified principal and school administrator.  Marc was the owner of High Point School in Lodi, NJ.

Services will be at 11:30am on Monday, January 9, 2023 at the Sanctuary of Abraham & Sarah Mausoleum Chapel, 735 Forest Ave., Paramus, NJ.

Memorial donations in memory of Marc Elliott Fanaroff may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, or the American Heart Association.
