Muriel Babette Weinreb (nee Heiman), Born in the Bronx, NY, 11/16/31, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family.  Grew up in Chicago, IL and returned to New York.  Schooling:  Hyde Park High School (Chicago IL), Illinois State Norman University (ISNU) Bloomington-Normal, IL, Bergen Community College, Paramus, NJ.  Formerly of Elmwood Park, Hackensack and presently Clifton, New Jersey.  Past President of Gilbert Avenue PTA, Elmwood Park, Past President Sisterhood of Elmwood Park Jewish Center (5yrs), Past President of Elmwood Park Jewish Center (5yrs).  Co-Chairman of the 75th Anniversary of Elmwood Park, Civic Commission, Youth Week Committee, Treasurer of the United Democratic Club.  Woman of the Year Temple Beth Sholom 2010, Co-President Sisterhood of Temple Beth Sholom.Daughter of the late Nathan (Nat) and Lillian Heiman (nee Goldberg) and sister of the late Sheldon Melvin Heiman.  Mother of Renee (Joseph) Chester, Janine Weinreb (Chuck Langerman), Neil (Laura) Weinreb.  Grandmother of Lisa, Jennifer (Kevin) Brohm, Michael (Ashley Feigenson), Kimberly (Wes) Weydig and Lauren (Christopher Hill) Chester, Rachel and Joshua Weinreb, and Great-Grandmother of Brittany Chester, and many nieces and nephews.Co-ordinated the selling of EPJC Building and merging with Temple Beth Sholom in Fair Lawn.  Member of Temple Beth Sholom and served as co-executive Vice-President & various committees.
