It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Blumer, 58, of Tom’s River, on November 19, 2024. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, he leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, and cherished memories. Robert was pre-deceased by Benjamin and Olga Blumer. He leaves behind beloved nephews Louis and Carmine.

Robert built a life defined by dedication and passion. He was the beloved husband of Lisa Blumer, with whom he shared decades of unwavering love and partnership. Together, they raised three children: Elizabeth (married to Daniel), Brandon (girlfriend Hikaru), and Jake (married to Claire). Robert, was also the proud grandfather of two grandchildren, Jack and Sophia, who brought immense joy to his life.

A successful entrepreneur, Robert founded and led a thriving communications company and excelled as a senior engineer throughout his distinguished career. His professional accomplishments were matched by his commitment to community, exemplified by his service on the Board of Directors for the Green Island Association.

An avid fisherman and boating enthusiast, Robert found peace and fulfillment by the ocean, where he spent countless hours enjoying the water and making memories with loved ones. Above all, he adored his family, especially his grandchildren, and embraced life with warmth, humor, and a deep love for those around him.
