Suzanne S. Fishbein, 90 years old, passed away in her home surrounded by her
family on Saturday, September 30, 2023.

Beloved wife of Gerald Fishbein for 70 years. Devoted mother of Sharon
Schwartzman and her husband, Jeffrey, and Laura Maglio. Dedicated
grandmother of Michael and his wife Molly, Joshua, Rachel and Andrew. Loving
sister of Marlene Krauss and her husband Sheldon, the late Alvin Saltzer and the
late Larry Saltzer. Loving daughter of the late Dorothy and Simon Saltzer. She also
leaves behind many nieces and nephews who she loved very much.

She graduated from Brooklyn College and took pride working as a teacher in the
Saddle Brook School System for many years making a difference in her students’
lives. She was a former member of both Temple Avoda in Fair Lawn, NJ and
Temple Avodat Shalom in River Edge, NJ.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 2, 2023 at Louis
Suburban Chapel, 13-01 Broadway, Fair Lawn, NJ. Burial to follow at Cedar Park
Cemetery, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Suzanne’s memory may be made to the
Alzheimer’s Association or Alzheimer’s Disease Research.
