It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our son Jacob Jefferson Correa, who passed away peacefully on Saturday June 7, 2025 at the age of 10. He is survived by his loving parents Jefferson & Julissa, his sister Sophia, his grandparents Cecilia, Maria Elena and Mario.

Jacob was born on December 12, 2014 with rare chromosomal abnormality called MECP2 Duplication Syndrome. He was a wonderful and lovable boy who loved to watch anything with colors and movements. His favorite movies were The Greatest Showman and Coco.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday June 10, 2025 from 4pm-8pm at Louis Suburban Funeral Home, with a funeral service starting at 6:00 PM.

We would like to thank everyone that is here today and for those who have sent condolences. We have received countless phone calls and messages, flowers, meals, visits and thoughts and prayers. They have been comforting during this difficult time.
