Ray Levy, 94 years old, of Paramus, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2026.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years Marvin Levy. Devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Born in the Bronx, Ray moved to Rockland County to raise her family. She further immersed herself into her community by working for many years as the senior records clerk for the Spring Valley Police Department. Upon retirement, Ray and Marvin spent their winters escaping the cold in Florida.

Ray was a lifelong learner. Her passion was reading, and she often read as many as 200 books a year on her Kindle. For the last five years, Ray was a member of the BrightView Senior Living community, where she enjoyed the music and other programming, but especially the opportunity it gave her to make many new friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, February 16, 2026 at Louis Suburban Chapel, 13-01 Broadway (Route 4 West), Fair Lawn, NJ. The service will also be livestreamed.
