Reunited with his beloved wife Esther. My deepest condolences to Carolyn, Sue, Lisa, his grandchildren and all the rest of the family.
John, you never cease to amaze me. I love you so much.
Please accept my sincere condolences.
My thoughts are with the Kramer family during this time of loss.
Thank you so very much Shai. This means so much to me. God bless you Shai.
Stu was one of my best friends. We grew up in Pelham Parkway in the 1950s, the heyday of the Bronx. Stu lived on Cruger Ave. and I, a block away on Holland. We attended Columbus High School and later, CCNY where we both majored in electrical engineering. After graduation I attended Stu’s wedding to his beloved, Esther. I visited Stu and Esther often after they moved to Maryland when Stu worked for the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab and I was in Baltimore working for Westinghouse and going to Maryland Law School at night. Our careers diverged: Stu became distinguished in technology, and I went into telecommunications law. Stu and Esther were at the wedding to my beloved, Barbara and while Stu and Esther moved back to New Jersey and Barbara and I remained in Maryland near DC, our growing families visited whenever we could. Barbara and I have very fond memories of the Kramer children and Stu’s brother, Michael, and loved visiting them. Our son, David, who had a rather challenging childhood (but despite that has now grown into a real mensch and the finest of individuals), was especially close with Stu who understood David better than most. In the later years Stu and I spoke by phone almost weekly catching up with our families and kvetching about our declining health. We have missed Esther and will most surely miss Stu and regret being unable to attend the funeral and visit with the Kramer family. Our sincere condolences to the Kramers and are sorry to miss seeing them, but I’m sure we will stay in touch. In closing, Stu was just a great guy and the best of friends. May his memory be a blessing.
Dearest Mr. Mordkofsky, I lost your phone number and I couldn’t find it on line because of the spelling of your name. Please write me with your number. We were desperate to get in touch with you when my beloved father went into hospice and we knew the end was very near.
I would like to talk to you. I believe Uncle Michael or my sister Susan was finally able to reach you. Thank you for this extraordinary tribute. I want to share my personal tribute with you so when we speak I will be able to write you directly. Thank you again Mr. Mordkofsky. My father absolutely adored you and your wife. Much love, Carolyn
I have always had the highest admiration for your father. Just a lively man. I have very fond memories of visiting and spending time with the Kramer family when I was young. My deepest condolences. It was a beautiful service today. A life very well lived, and such a beautiful family.

I am with deep sadness just finding out of the passing of Stuart. My heartfelt condolences to his daughters Carolyn, Lisa & Susan. I was privileged enough to meet Stewart about three years ago as his daughters were looking for a little part-time help with taking their dad to some appointments making sure he got some fresh air and got to the park to watch the wildlife. He enjoyed his lunches at Mezzanotte, and Kosher Nosh where he invited me in to share the big crock of chicken matzoh ball soup. I enjoyed spending time with Stuart and enjoyed his marvelous stories especially how he met his lovely wife Esther. We would go over his song book on an occasion and he would sing me a song now and then. I went to visit him at his assisted living (which was absolutely beautiful) and as soon as I walked in he goes “where we going for lunch” with a smile on his face. Time passed and I had moved recently but always thought of Stuart. I’m very grateful to reconnect with his daughter Carolyn. Stuart will be missed but I know he is with his love Esther. Rest in peace Stuart. You were a very sweet man.
