SUSAN E. WINSTON, age 79, of Fair Lawn, NJ, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 20, 2025.  She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on November 29, 1945, to the late Sol and Estelle Jassem. She graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She worked as a teacher in the New York City school system before transitioning to work for the State of New York department of social services as a Supervisor of Quality Control until retirement. She had a long-time passion for gardening and volunteered for the Fair Lawn Garden Committee. She also loved to travel as often as she could. She was predeceased by her husband Barry and survived by her daughter Fay, son Daniel and his wife Sonia.

 Arrangements will be at Louis Suburban Chapel, 13-01 Broadway (RT 4 West), Fair Lawn, NJ, on Sunday February 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM followed by a burial at Cedar Park Cemetery, Paramus, NJ.
